It's an inline six or I6, not a V6. That engine, 103 motor, whether 2.6 or 3.0, has no history of engine wiring harness problems. Your blinkers would not be on the engine wiring harness anyway. Whatever wiring problem you are trying to address I'm sure heat shrink tubing woud work fine.
