Thanks, I live in the southwest so Rust is usually not a problem, I do plan to do some minor restorations as I dont have BIG bucks to go all out yet, just wondering if it was a good model to do it on, I love these old MB and can't wait to finally get my hands on it, I dont know the milage yet, it's an automatic, it is currently being driven by a college student, who is going back home and no longer needs it. once again thanks for the posts
