He has 2 listings and just got the engine pics mixed up between cars.
It is obvious that he is just "turning" this car, and it isn't something he has had. That interior has the signs of being quite molded and cleaned up. Have seen cars like that, before and after.
No reason to buy a wagon that rough.....
