Few tweaks:
When you remove the backrest, you'll see a couple wires coming out of it and under the seat. One is for the backrest adjustment motor and headrest motor, the other is the seat heater. You'll need to trace that heater wire up to the front like I mentioned before, get the connector bracket removed and taken apart (it's only 2 pieces), slip the connector out of the bracket and seperate the 2 halves, to get the backrest removed. The 2 halves just snap to each other, easy, don't overcomplicate it. The bracket is just attached with those 2 screws, I think they are torx head.
Oh, to remove the seat from the car, remove the headrest first. Raise it as high as it goes and use your hand to pop it out of the backrest.
You can get the proper sockets (the reverse or external torx), or usually you can find a 6 point hex socket that will fit the heads pretty nicely.
The side trim on the seats on the cushion: One side you'll see a screw on the very back inside a deep hole. Remove that screw, then you pull outwards on the back and it unclips, then push the trim forward. The inner side you need to remove the buckle for the seatbelt, then just pull back and out on the back of the trim, then push it forward. Do NOT pull outwards on the front of that trim, there are hooks up there that hold the trim on up front, and you'll break the plastic bigger n crap. Pull OUT on the back then push forward to disengage the front from the hooks. You'll see.
When you are reinstalling the various wires and connectors, it's pretty easy, but make a few sketches or take pics, and remember these things will all only really go back together one way, they make it pretty fool-proof. Ask if you have other questions.
