The advantage of the di Vinci is that they can spare the nerves that control the erection. At 63 I don't use one with quite the frequency that I did at 23 but it is nice to have one available should the opportunity arise.

They did have to do a vasectomy since it is nearly impossible to connect the sperm duct back to the urethra. Still, I have 2 great kids and don't really want any more.
