Whoa there sonny........

The bearing is absolutely the last thing that you want to do. It needs special tools and special knowledge and an arbor press to get it done properly. I cringe at the thought of doing one of them............

Attempt to determine if one of your rear axles is bad. This is far more likely than one of the rear bearings. If one of the axle boots is cracked and there is a hole in the boot, you can bet you found your problem.
