hi, have an 84 300sd that started acting up today. it upshifts as if it were under full throttle. it downshifts ok, but only upshifts at the full throttle shift points. this means that i dont get 4th gear till about 70 mph and that poses a problem on most roads where i live. any suggestions? thanks.
