If you want to do the door speaker, the panel's gotta be pulled since the speaker's within an enclosure that's bolted to the inner skin of the door.

Now, since your right front speaker's also out, perhaps you have a dead channel? First thing I'd do is to go into your trunk and pull back the wool liner, exposing the inside up behind the fuel filler door (pass. righthand upper). Back there are your amps; check the conections. From there, check the dash speaker first, as it's mucho easier to get to. Various posts on the topic, so search the archives.
