the chrome strip on the front fender immediately to the rear of the front wheel fell off in the driveway. the clips rotted. was unable to purchase just the clips at local dealer. so ordered the strip and the clips as a package. can't for the life of me figure out how to attach the chrome piece. any directions? thank you.

p.s. did do a search. and the clips are described as 'rosebuds', i think. the clips i have do not resemble anything like a rosebud.
