There's a spring-loaded release for each headrest. Unfortunately it's a PIA to get to. It's simple enough to do it's just tough to describe, but it should be outlined in the owners' manual. If your dealer is nearby let them show you how to do it. It only takes a few minutes, so they shouldn't charge you anything.
