I started to have same problem when I upgraded to Explorer 7. When the disc starts it says I need to install shockwave....... which can be found on the disc. WEll only way I can get it to run is to go to My computer, click on C: drive then click on Model 124 on drive D. Then click on Program folder and then click on, I believe, 124Avail icon. Wierd but for some reason this has worked. Another way I found to work is to open it up using Netscape.
