I have the same problem and have not addressed it yet. I found a post that Larry Bible had done once that mentioned his continuing problem with water on the floor in the back seat area. He eventually traced it to the engine compartment under the hood springs. Seems that drains were plugged way up there. Hopefully between all these options, we'll find the culprit.
