Ok fixed !

Thanks for the help guys. I took off the cover and replaced the fuses inside that box(they were originals it looks like). Next I took out the circuit box, opened it up but saw nothing that looked wrong and put it back in. Then just tested it and the flashers worked again. I'm assuming just a bad connection for the circuit board or bad fuses(but they looked ok...)
