Lance directed you to one of my kits which allows you to completely remove the valve.

But, your request is to simply stop the function of the valve, without removing it.

So, as mentioned above, all you need to do is to pull the vacuum hose off the EGR valve and plug the hose. You can plug it with a BB or a golf tee or a close fitting bolt. Doesn't matter.........provided you don't leave an open vacuum line.
