That is the air storage tank. MB provided a set of rubber blocks that could be used for emergencies and inserted into the suspension at each corner of the car, to get you home/on a flatbed/whatnot. Unfortunately only the rubber pieces are available today, though the rear two blocks also require a metal bracket into which the rubber blocks are pressed, which is no longer available. I recreated several dozen of these sets several years ago but they are long gone. Your only option really is probably to try to pump up the tank using the Schrader valve that it has (along with an air compressor) or to create your own blocks out of short sections of 2x4 to be able to move the car.
