I SOLVED THE PROBLEM. With the forums help, of course
. I did a search on the strip fuse, found a description for it, and, VOILA, under my hood, I recognize the little box. I look in there, and it is GONE, I mean cracked in halves. So I am getting one, and will have heat soon
