Hello,
it is an easy, straightforward procedure. Connect each of the lights to one vacuum line. Remove the instrument cluster to pull and route the lines inside. On the vacuum adjuster there are 3 prongs. The outter prongs connect to the lights, the middle one is for vacuum source. It doesn't matter which light connects to which outter prong. Connect the light lines to the adjuster, connect the middle prong to an additional vacuum line and route it back just above the brake booster. Use a rubber T connector and tap any vacuum source. That is it.
