Yet, another GP question

This morning, my car would not start. Good thing I have a back up gasser.

Any way, my glow cycle seemed really short this morning. I did the interior light test, and no dimming of the light.

Turns out the GP fuse blew. Of course, I do not have a spare...

So, my question is, what can cause the GP fuse to blow with the pencil type plugs?

My plan is to just replace the fuse and all the GP's.
