That's funny, Ted. I read somewhere that people walking around (outside of psyche wards) talk on their cell phones when there's no one on the other end. I can't fathom why they would do this.

I worked in a big, federal govt. psychiatric hospital here in Washington when I first moved here. Someone there once said "The mentally ill are just like us, only more so." After a few months of working there, I understood exactly what that guy meant.
