I have read other articles stating that Honda plans to have I4 diesels here in late 2008. With Honda's reputation for their products I believe that once they introduct a diesel in the US the anti-diesel paradigm/mindset that has been in the US for so long will be smashed. This will leave all of the other auto companies (except for DCX and VW) with their jaws an the floor and nothing to offer in comparision.
