About 3 years ago I bought an e-bay car on a whim that was purchased from and serviced by the that MB in Manchester. '93 300E Sportline. I got it cheap. It was owned from new by a little old lady from Boston area. She had money. It had 252K miles. Always dealer serviced.

After picking up the car, I stopped at a restaurant to review the thick folder of receipts. Unbelievable. $36,000 worth of receipts. Looked like every complaint was milked. New transmission at 150K, new evaporator and all associated goody's, head gasket, wiring harness, it was never ending.

Sure looks like they couldn't resist when given the green light to fix it.
