I have a Butler Creek that we use on the 10/22 mags. Probably loaded at least 5,000 rounds through it in the year I've had it. Works well for us!
We also have several of the HKS "speed loaders" for the Mark II Ruger clips. They hold the thumb button all the way to the bottom of the mag so you can just drop the shells in. Worth their weight in gold!!! I put nearly 1,000 rounds through the Mark II in one day last year...could never have done that without the HKS loaders.
