I didn't like it. It has lots of stuff, service bulletins, labor hours, etc., most of which I didn't see as having much value. But it is considerably less, at least for my 400E, than the MB CD. There are many many repairs jobs simply not covered. I signed up for 3 years, cancelled in about 16 hours, and to their credit they agreed to refund the money.
