I can tell you for the C230 it is lousy. I had it for a year and did not renew. It should be called "some data". It lacks many procedures and also has some just plain wrong information. For example the diagram of the drivers seat was totally wrong, from another car. It is about as bad as a Chilton manual. Lots of missing info. I had sent them one e-mail asking for information on changing the trans fluid since nothing was provided. They never replied. I have heard that for some other models it is better.
