Humans are biological creatures. Not every human will breed and not every human wants to. The overwhelming majority do want to reproduce but through easy living and education, that urge can be reversed -- lookk at the reproductive rate among native Europeans, for example. In times of extreme stress, the education will fail and people reproduce -- it is instinctual. That is why the birthrate during and shortly after WWII mushroomed. The vast majority of men and women could not restrain themselves from reproduction.

Most of the 30 million excess Chinese men will not be from the educated classes. Most will be marginally educated farm boys. Where will they turn for mates?
