No, it didn't do it until I removed and replaced the cluster. The other thing that it did start doing since that time is the turn signal blinkers are blinking faster and now you can actually hear the relay. Used to be so quiet you found yourself pushing on it after a few seconds at a light only to find that you did already! I thought maybe a vaccum leak since it goes away after you rev it but that angle does nothing for the blinker question.

PS...The flap i'm talking about is the one that actually lets outside air into the cabin. I'm not sure if it is there but I can hear the actuator around that part of the car. It is different from the fresh/recirculate flap behind the glove box. It's supposed to shut out the outside air when temp wheel is in "MIN".
