Don't know about the other issues, but the low power is Tank screen, gotta be. Switch fuel line coming in with the one going out. Then go for a drive. This will do two things--will tell you if it's the screen, since the return line has no screen at then end of it in the tank, but it may also "blow out" your tank screen and buy you some time until you can get it changed or cleaned.
