I am preparing to replace the front struts or shocks-which ever-and my lower ball joints on my 1992 300D 2.5. I have yet to do either on a car before. I am looking for step by step advise- tools, preferable replacements etc... Do I need to compress the springs? do I need a ball joint tool? Any help is much appreciated.
