i don't think of it as being on a diet. plenty is still plenty.

i think of it as choosing not to order anything....but i do enjoy looking.

this theoretical thing about her not knowing won't work with me.

one time when we were first married mrs w went out of town to a convention thing which took her away on friday and saturday nites. i went out to the bars with my bro and ran into a lady that i had always liked but we had never been available at the same time. it was clear that she was available. i thought til there was smoke coming out my ears but did nothing.
when my wife came home she said "so, what did you do saturday night?".....long silence....then she said "my god what did you do?" so then i had to tell her the story. my face gave me away completely.
so ever since that i have never believed that i could ever hide anything from her. and since i wouldn't want to ruin our very special relationship, i have remained....very monogamous.
and happy about the diet.

it is filling and healthy.
