First, if I upgraded either, I would want them to be in very good shape, not just clean. Second, on the seatback, do you know how difficult it is to just pull off the leather from the seat frame? I know it isn't bad on the seat bottom, but I don't know if the upper comes off as easily. That would save on shipping. Third, as you can see, I need the seat bottom leather worse than either. Did you have that? Heck, even blue MB Tex would probably be OK.

Oh, and of course, price will make the major difference.
