If you're going to bid on ebay you HAVE to wait until the last couple of minutes/minute to do it-otherwise if you have a higher maximum bid you will be spending more than otherwise. Cars are too risky to buy on ebay anyway, too hard to inspect from a long distance away without paying for an inspection.
