This is a Grey Market. It does not have any of the following: Catalytic converter, EGR, O2 sensors, Evap Canister. I have the referee certificate to show that it is not supposed to have any of these.

I can say that I do have a rough idel. As soon as the motor is brought up over 1000rpm, the engine runs smoothly.
