As a Brooklynite; what Chicago calls pizza ain't pizza.
It's F'n Quiche. So if you like F'n Quche enjoy Deep dish Chicago quiche.
The best sicillian Pizza without question is in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn at L&B Spumonni Gardens. You can't eat less than 4 squares if you're
not hungry. It is that good.
The best slices are from Bay Pizza under the Sheepshead Bay train station.
The smell of the pizza goes up the EL to the subway platform & Every time the D train lets out every 10 miuntes at rush hour the place fills up and empties out. They must sell 20 pies every 10 minutes.
This goes on for about an hour & a half every day.
