I wouldn't run 5w30 in an M119. Mobil 1 0w40, or the factory fill which was 15w40 something or other. Don't run to heavy of an oil either or you will blow off the caps on the oil bridge's.
Mobil 1 5/10W30 doesn't meet any MB specs and should not be used in any Mercedes.
