Greetings Larry,

If you remove the carpet from the between the seat tray there should be a single screw holding the face to the console down. Remove the screw and pull gently up to disengage at least one of the console switches from it's pins. After that it should come straight up and out. The light bulb is at the front of the shift console and just pulling on the wires that go to it should release it from it's holder. Replacement is in reverse after you replace the bulb.
