I would imagine being able to pass an emissions test where before you couldn't is quite interesting. Of course you'd also have to put the car on a rolling road to check that the fluid hadn't somehow reduced the amount of fuel being burnt/used, but its a bit negative to dismiss it out of hand without first investigating.
