I wouldn't give them jack *****. If north Korea does anything China doesn't like the PLA will deal with them very quickly.

I'd let them do whatever they want, if they start hurting the PLA's wallet, there gone.

I remember a couple years ago there was a bunch of pirates operating out of a port/village in southern China. Seized a few large ships, $$$$. Usualy these pirates are not caught, but this started to affect Chinese shipping. The PLA figured out where they were coming from...no more problem since...
