Yeah, likely the American buyer in Europe grabbed the Warndrieke (Trunk warning triangle & mounting clip) and the first aid kit, and brought them back to the USA, himself, as they probably would have been grabbed up by the DOT, which did not approve them. Maybe he took them to the USA in his carry on luggage and them put them in the car after taking possession of the car in the USA
