My temporary solution, a "winter front." If it was a little more matte it might blend in with the bumper rubbers.
I'm going to have to agree with the thermostat diagnosis. I'll order one when I have a couple more items to go in the box. Like whichever vacuum actuator is toast in the Heater-A/C.
