Look at the flex disks, if they have not been previously replaced, then replace them.

I think that at this point there are things like timing chain, suspension parts, etc., that need attention to, or at least looking into.

Other than that, just follow your regular maintenance schedule.

I have a 1989 300TE that recently turned over 200k miles.

Previously I owned a 1991 420SEL that I sold with 250k miles and a 1984 300SD that I sold with over 340k miles.

I did just regular, routine maintenance, except for the big ticket items.
