well folks, thats a bad motor to start with and that video is likely there for a reason... something bad is happening. Those 6.0's eat injectors and it sounds like he's missing a few. He's got enough compression (on that new of a truck) that glowplugs likely aren't the problem.
My dads Powerstroke sounds absolutely fabulous. As soon as its started (which at 10 degrees without being plugged in with a known 4 bad glow plugs, can take around 10 seconds) it runs strong and happy, due to the electronic controls that bump the idle up and make it run smooth and strong.
Sorry if this is turning into a rant... but I just love ford diesels. Sure Cummins are great, but you can't beat a Ford truck. check this out...
