I just found it suspect that the "new" auction is listing the same wheels/tires, using the exact same photos. Ebay closed the account of the previous seller, and notified me of their investigation, but only after my check was cashed two days earlier. The seller was listed in Kenmore, Washington, which turned out to be a PO box at a UPS store. My check was cashed at a Wells Fargo bank in Arizona. I have been in contact with several other buyers that experianced the same situation with other auctions the seller had listed(Porsche Kenesis wheels, Porshe Litronics headlights, etc.) at the same time. I can't say for sure that this new auction is from the same seller, but it sure looks questionable.
