Speaking of exercises, has anyone else bought a bunch of these? http://www.heavygrips.com/

They are great if you want to build your hand/forearm strength. I believe they are rated in inch-pounds (torque?). I got the 100,150,200,250,300. The average dude can compress the 150 at least 3 or 4 times.

I couldn't even compress the 200 for more than a half inch when I started but after a week or so of doing the 150 I'm able to easily do the 200. The 250 is the same story though, extremely difficult but I'll get there.

They do tear up your fingers though and you have to be careful not to overdo it. I'm giving it a rest for like 5 days since my hand starts to hurt now if I play around with them.
