NSS?

My car has been running at 80-81C when its fully warmed up around the city....83C on the highway, and it runs dead-on at 85C when its above 65F outside....never higher. With my old radiator it was 85C with low outside temps, and as high as 105C when it got into the 90's out....the inside of the old radiator (it was the original) was fine, the fins were damaged and filthy though, it was time to replace it before it failed randomly.
