Try search as this topic has been discussed several times.
Also if you do find a Getrag 5-speed from a 16V & install it you will have the same RPM problem on the highway as the auto trans does.
The 5-speed trans from a regular 190E does have an overdrive 5th gear.
As always you will need a donor car to get all of the needed parts.
