If you open Acrobat 7 and then click on open file and then go to the CD drive and click on the folder.

Then click on Program and then choose the folder you need and open it. Most of the files are marked but you may need to do a little searching to find the file you need.

Or you could copy the folders to your HD and then create a new CD with Acrobat 7 as the host (or maybe Macromedia not really sure).
