I have been shopping for another benz and jumping from 1 model to the other, but always liked the SLC's.

There is now a 76 450SLC with 86K on it. Described as excellent in & out . Red with lite beige interior. asking 3995. pic;s ive seen look real good & I may fly up to inspect it this week.

What I would like to know is how reliable are there mechanically ....if they are maintained?
& Are they very high maintenence cars?
& anythings in partiucular to have checked out since I'll probably have a mechanic look at it too.
