I think the original question was in-ability to find Dot 4 Plus brake fluid. You can get it at the dealer.

Me, I simply use the Febi Dot 4 fluid. I'm not racing or going down mountains, so I don't think I'm going to be boiling any fluid.

From everything I have read, using synthetic fluid is an absolute no no. I fail to understand the reasons that people refuse to use the specified fluids.
