The cloudy/milkyness that often appears in the 126 bodies is the rear window lamination separating. (rear window is two thin sheets of glass sandwiched together, with some sort of thin film inbetween) Moisture can get in (usually by way of getting past the rubber windshield seal) and make things cloudy.
You can still drive it - it's mostly an optic blemish until it obstructs your view, or you get tired of looking at it.
