Singing really tight harmony is not easy and when you can pull it off, it's one hell of a rush. I've done it a few times, I'm more of a solo singer/guit-box player but now and then... oh baby. I used to hang at a coffee shop in Seattle, now closed (RIP) it was quite the place. Had an open-mic every Monday nite, they closed the kitchen down while it was going on and told the audience they had to be quiet when the music was going on.
One night, me and a couple of other semi-regular performers were sitting at one of the tables - not a music night - and for some reason, one guy started singing the Beatles "Nowhere Man." Don't know how it happened, but me and the other guy joined in and we nailed it. I felt like the Beatles. When we were done, the whole room applauded. What a rush.
I've met some babes that were total eye-candy but virtually w/o talent. If they can really sing, I don't care what they look like as long as they are clean and make some effort to not be overly fat.
